- Discord ID (required)
- Email address (optional)
- Awareness and opinion answers (form responses)
- Confirmation of data accuracy and privacy policy agreement
- Your IP address (automatically collected, will not be shared with any DPA)

Authentication Process:
- This service requires authentication through Discord's OAuth2 system
- When you click "Sign in with Discord", you will be redirected to Discord to authorize access
- We will receive data like your username, user ID, avatar and banner from your Discord account,
  as well as your email address if you allow it. This data is not stored by us, only verified, signed and then stored
  in your browser. Only after you submit the form, we will save your Discord ID and email address (if provided).

Why we collect your data:
We collect this information to prepare and submit a collective GDPR complaint to the relevant data protection authority.
We may also review the submissions internally for verification purposes and to prevent abuse.

Who can access your data:
- Us (to review submissions and prepare the complaint)
- Data protection authorities if included in the complaint that we send to one

We do NOT (unlike DoubleCounter):
- Sell your data
- Share your data with third parties except the DPA
- Use your data for advertising, marketing, or anything similar

We process your data based on your consent when you submit the form.
We will retain the complaint data for 2 months after the conclusion of any proceedings with the DPA,
unless legally required to keep it longer.

Where your data is stored:
Your data is stored on our systems in the EU, specifically in Germany.
We proxy all website traffic through Cloudflare and use Cloudflare Turnstile CAPTCHA to prevent abuse.

Use of third-party services:
This website uses:
- Cloudflare, as a proxy and security layer to protect and deliver the website.
- Cloudflare Turnstile, as a CAPTCHA system to prevent spam and abuse.

When you visit this website or submit the form, Cloudflare processes technical information such as your IP address, browser type,
operating system, and more for security purposes. This data is handled directly by Cloudflare and is subject to their own privacy policy,
which can be found at https://www.cloudflare.com/privacypolicy/.


Your rights:

- Lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority

You can withdraw your participation in the collective complaint at any time by contacting us,
 after which we will delete your data unless already submitted to authorities.
